Rachael has been working in disability for the past 14 years. Starting with DHHS working in high needs supported in living for most of her 10 years. During this time holding supervisory responsibilities', gaining her certificate IV in disability. Rachael is also a med endorsed EN. Since 2020 has been working on gaining momentum providing tailored supports to participants in the community. Rachael is a wealth of knowledge and her passion for goal based outcomes for her clients makes her a valuable asset to anyone who is trying to live a full life. 

Blake has an extensive background in customer service, conflict management and sales prior to joining Rachael on this venture. Through Rachael's passion and love for helping those in need Blake has also gotten on board. Blake brings a rounded wholistic approach to supports with a focus on social engagement and sense of belonging. Blake is the Vice President of NFP organisation Wellington Wildcats All Abilities Basketball Club and also runs Cricket Clinics around the region for participants. Blake is a big believer in breaking down barriers and turning positive outcomes for his clients. There is no task too daunting for Blake and his determination is unbreakable.
