Community access is at the forefront of what we do at Empowered Care Gippsland, ensuring that individuals with disabilities have the same opportunities as everyone else and are able to participate actively and thrive in their communities.
Short Term Accommodation, often referred to as respite care, is a type of support offered by the Empowered Care Gippsland, that allows individuals with disabilities to take a short break from their everyday living arrangements. We tailor experiences to participants according to interests and goals. We really enjoy going over and above to give participants once in a lifetime experiences.
Another focus for us is to identify, develop and implement strategies and plans tailored to giving participants the strongest level of independence possible through developing life skills.
